Jirian – Egypt’s First City on the Nile Banks in New Zayed with a Global Vision

Egypt officially launched Jirian as the first fully integrated city located on the banks of the New Nile Branch, in the heart of New Zayed. The project features international urban standards, smart planning, luxury villas, residential towers, and complete educational, medical, and commercial zones — developed under the supervision of the Armed Forces Engineering Authority, with partnerships from leading real estate developers including Palm Hills and Mountain View.
